Eczema Support Program
Understanding Eczema
Your immune system is overreacting.
Eczema is a chronic inflammatory skin condition causing dryness, itching, redness, and irritation, driven by immune overreaction and a compromised skin barrier. It shows up differently in everyone, and the real cause usually goes deeper than the skin itself.
Gut Dysbiosis
An imbalanced gut can drive the immune overreaction that shows up as inflamed, irritated skin.
Skin Biofilm
A protective layer on the skin can trap irritation in place and keep flare-ups coming back.
Nervous System
A dysfunctional autonomic nervous system can keep the body stuck in a heightened, reactive state.
This support program is built to work on the gut, the skin barrier, and the nervous system together, calming the immune overreaction rather than just soothing the surface.
In Your Support Program
Integrated Wellness Tools & Therapies
Your personalized support program may include an advanced assessment, AVACEN therapy, oxygen baths, laser therapy, oxygen-enriched water, and targeted nutritional support.
BASE Test
Baseline Autonomic Stress Evaluation: a quick, non-invasive read of your autonomic nervous system and stress levels, giving you an arterial stiffness report to share with your medical provider.
AVACEN Therapy
10 to 15 minutes before every bath, maximizing capillary dilation and blood flow to prepare the body for oxygen uptake.
Oxylon Oxygen Bath
1x a week for 12 weeks, maximizing oxygen uptake for healing, reduced inflammation, and antimicrobial benefits.
Laser Therapy
2 to 5 minutes over the areas most affected, with multiple locations treated in a single session when needed.
Home Oxylon Water
Supports gut and immune balance between visits, working alongside daily Oxylon Gel on affected areas.
Nutritional Supplements
Targeted support to calm inflammation, support gut balance, and help the skin barrier repair between visits.

Common Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
How long until I see results?
The typical program runs 1 session a week for 12 weeks, with many patients continuing a monthly session afterward to maintain their results.
What actually causes eczema?
Eczema can be driven by gut dysbiosis, a biofilm on the skin, and a dysfunctional autonomic nervous system, all of which keep the immune system in an overreactive state. This program is built to work on all three at once.
What does a typical session involve?
A session may include a BASE Test to check your autonomic and stress levels, AVACEN warming therapy before the bath, the oxygen bath itself, and laser therapy over the affected areas, depending on what your program calls for.
Will this replace my current eczema treatment?
This program is designed to work alongside your current care, not replace it. Always talk with your dermatologist or prescribing doctor before making any changes to your treatment.
Do I need to change my diet during the program?
Dr. Zodkoy's protocol recommends avoiding nightshades, high salicylic acid foods, simple carbohydrates, sugar, alcohol, and chemicals found in food, while eating oily fish like wild salmon or sardines about 4 times a week.
Is oxygen bath therapy safe?
Every program is personalized after a consultation with Dr. Zodkoy's team, who will review your health history to make sure the therapy is appropriate for you.
