How Many Sessions Will I Need?
It depends on your goals — but most people feel a difference after just one.
While many clients report noticeable improvements after their first session, deeper and longer-lasting benefits often come with consistency. Just like going to the gym or supporting detox, results tend to build over time.
We typically recommend an initial series of 3 to 10 sessions, especially if you’re working through chronic issues, fatigue, inflammation, or recovery from illness.
For general wellness, stress support, or maintenance, 1–2 sessions per week can be ideal.
