Sports Recovery Support Program
Understanding Sports Recovery
Your gains happen after the workout.
Recovery falters when inflammation stays high, nutrients run low, sleep is disrupted, and tissue repair can't keep up with training stress, leading to fatigue, slower gains, and higher injury risk. Recovery needs vary by sex, age, sport, and past injuries, so this is tailored to you.
Inflammation
Elevated inflammation after training slows healing and keeps muscles feeling worn down.
Nutrient Depletion
Intense training burns through the nutrients your body needs to rebuild and repair.
Sleep Disruption
Most repair happens during sleep, so poor sleep directly slows down every part of recovery.
Tissue Repair Lag
When repair can't keep pace with training stress, performance and resilience both start to slip.
This support program is built to maximize oxygen uptake for performance, healing, and reduced inflammation, whether you're recovering from an acute setback or maintaining peak performance week to week.
In Your Support Program
Integrated Wellness Tools & Therapies
Your personalized support program may include an advanced assessment, AVACEN therapy, oxygen baths, laser therapy, oxygen-enriched water, and targeted nutritional support.
BASE Test
Baseline Autonomic Stress Evaluation: a quick, non-invasive read of your autonomic nervous system and stress levels, giving you an arterial stiffness report to share with your medical provider.
AVACEN Therapy
10 to 15 minutes before every bath, maximizing capillary dilation and blood flow to prepare the body for oxygen uptake.
Oxylon Oxygen Bath
3x a week around acute episodes or before an event, or 1x a week on a regular basis to maximize performance, healing, and reduced inflammation.
Laser Therapy
2 to 5 minutes over the areas most affected, with multiple locations treated in a single session when needed.
Home Oxylon Water
Supports recovery between sessions, keeping oxygen delivery and detoxification working around your training schedule.
Nutritional Supplements
Targeted support for mitochondrial energy, tissue repair, and inflammation to help your body recover between training sessions.

Common Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
How often should I do oxygen bath sessions?
For acute episodes or before an event or game, 3 sessions a week works best. For ongoing maintenance, 1 session a week is enough to keep supporting performance and recovery.
Is this only for competitive athletes?
No. Recovery needs vary by sex, age, sport, and past injuries, so this program is built for anyone dealing with training stress, whether you compete or just train regularly.
What does a typical session involve?
A session may include a BASE Test to check your autonomic and stress levels, AVACEN warming therapy before the bath, the oxygen bath itself, and laser therapy over the areas most affected, depending on what your program calls for.
Will this help me perform better, or just recover faster?
Both. The oxygen bath maximizes oxygen uptake for performance, healing, and reduced inflammation, so it supports how you feel during training as well as how quickly you bounce back afterward.
Do I need to change my diet during the program?
Dr. Zodkoy's protocol recommends avoiding simple carbohydrates, sugar, alcohol, and chemicals found in food, while eating oily fish like wild salmon or sardines about 4 times a week.
Is oxygen bath therapy safe?
Every program is personalized after a consultation with Dr. Zodkoy's team, who will review your health history to make sure the therapy is appropriate for you.
