About Us

Founded by Ilona Flam and Ken LaCroix, Oxylon Wellness was created to be a sanctuary for deep, cellular-level healing—a place where science, tradition, and personalized care come together. Our mission is to support individuals on their wellness journey using oxygen as a foundational therapy, without replacing or competing with the care they already receive.

Rooted in decades of global healing experience and strategic thinking, Oxylon was intentionally designed to collaborate with practitioners—not override them. Whether you’re a medical doctor, functional health coach, or integrative provider, we’re here to support your protocols, enhance patient outcomes, and offer a trusted, referral-friendly space for recovery and renewal.

About Ilona Flam
Co-Founder, Oxylon Wellness

I’m Ilona Flam, and Oxylon Wellness is a reflection of everything I believe about healing: that it should be intentional, nurturing, and deeply human.

I was born in Hungary and have spent the past 35+ years in the United States—bringing with me the best of European wellness traditions while embracing the high standards of American hospitality and care. My earliest inspiration came from my father, a physician who was decades ahead of his time in integrating Eastern healing philosophies with Western medical practices. Watching him work sparked a lifelong curiosity in me: What truly helps people heal—not just physically, but deeply?

Over the past three decades, I’ve followed that question around the world—immersing myself in the wisdom of Chinese medicine, Ayurveda, and indigenous healing rituals across Asia and the Americas. These experiences shaped the foundation of my approach: healing should be both ancient and advanced, intuitive and scientific.

In 2016, I co-founded Kaweah Chakra, a healing center at the base of the Sierra Nevadas, where guests from around the world came for 7- to 14-day retreats that blended Ayurvedic tradition with Native American Monache culture. It was here that I saw the power of immersive wellness to change lives—and it’s what I now bring to Oxylon Wellness.

My career has also taken me through the worlds of luxury real estate and special effects artistry for film, both of which taught me the power of aesthetics, attention to detail, and creating spaces that feel truly exceptional.

Today, as a woman and co-founder of Oxylon Wellness, my mission is to offer more than treatments—I want to offer a sanctuary. A place where the transformative science of oxygen meets the timeless art of healing. A place where people feel seen, supported, and revitalized—no matter where they are on their journey.

I invite you to step inside and experience it for yourself.

About Ken LaCroix
Co-Founder, Oxylon Wellness

For over 30 years, I’ve helped business leaders find clarity in complexity—turning financial data into decisions that drive growth and transformation. But my journey into wellness is personal. It comes from 25 years of navigating a frustrating, confusing, and often disjointed healthcare system as a patient myself.

In that time, I worked with more than two dozen practitioners—spanning Western medicine, holistic care, mental health, and functional medicine. Each had part of the answer, but something was still missing.

Then I experienced Kaqun oxygen therapy, and it changed everything. For the first time, I felt a level of cellular healing that went deeper than anything before. It was subtle at first, but unmistakable. That moment marked the beginning of real recovery, and it sparked something bigger: a commitment to bring this technology to others who are still searching for answers.

At Oxylon Wellness, I bring my strategic, systems-based mindset into the world of integrative health. I’ve always believed that results shouldn’t be left to chance—they should be engineered, tracked, and improved. That same principle applies to wellness.

Through our therapies, we help people regain control of their energy, resilience, and recovery. Through our partnerships, we support practitioners with clear data, protocols, and outcomes they can trust. And through CFO², a sister project that merges executive performance with cellular health, I continue to explore how biology and business intersect to create more powerful lives.

I co-founded Oxylon Wellness not as a clinician—but as someone who understands how overwhelming the wellness landscape can be, and how powerful it is when the right solution finally arrives.

If we can make that journey easier, clearer, and more effective for even one person, we’ve done our job.
